Creator of Hoodie BoyBeen drawing since I was young and now I barely touch grass, paper, or pencil ._. Always wanted to be able to draw anime characters but can not for the life of me .-. Maybe I'll turn towards cartoon art but I can't do that either-Likes: Soup noodles (my favourite is lai fun and udon noodles!), gaming, cucumbers, graphic novels / manga, rice (RICE IS LIFE), juice, and flat popDislikes: Vegetables... Designed in April 2018 (?). Inspired by my lack of fashion sense. In addition, I have no idea how to draw hair so Hoodie Boy is bald just like me :')Hoodie Boy is sort of just an outlet for drawing emotions. They don't talk and prefer to keep quiet. At rare times you may get a glimpse of them smiling. Common Questions

1. What do you use to draw?
- I have no idea where this myth came from but people that know me for a while believe I use some sort of drawing tablet. I. DONT. I'M BROKE. I just use whatever phone I have and my right finger to draw :')2. Do you do commissions for artwork or art goods?
- At the moment I don't and I probably won't ever due to the complexity and foreseeable stress. Sometimes for special people in my life, I dig into my savings to produce 1 - 2 customized art goods for them only and not to sell to public3. Your Etsy store says located in Alberta but you shipped from a different province. Why?
- I am currently in a different province for schooling / work reasons. My legal permanent address is within Alberta4. May I repost your artwork?

Shipping Policies

A. Processing Time
- I will give 24 hours (1 day) of window time to allow for any cancellations.
- Please give me around 2 - 5 business days to prepare the package and drop it off at Canada Post (Not the same as shipping / delivery time)

B. Estimated Shipping / Delivery Time Frame
All packages will be mailed with Canada Post in the category of oversized letters (not including tracking)☆ Please keep in mind that once I ship, it is out of my control if unforeseeable situations occur. In the rare case packages are lost or delayed, I can not offer refunds or free product(s) ☆➡ Canada: 1 - 3 weeks | $2.5 CAD flat rate
➡ USA: 4 - 6 weeks | $9 CAD + additional $0.50 / item added➡ No idea if I will ship outside of North America yet. When I do, all shipments outside North America will automatically include tracking as shipping fees will be higher.

C. Tracking and Express Shipping
- All packages sent will not include tracking to keep shipping fees low unless purchased for➡ Canada: $10 CAD
➡ USA: $20 CAD➡ International: no idea yet☆ Express shipping will not be an option as I am unsure of the pricing and such. If I do Express shipping, it comes with tracking I believe. I require more research rip ☆

D. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
If there are problems with an order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery- Returns are accepted under these conditions:
1. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
2. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition- Exchanges are not accepted- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placed orders
- Once orders are shipped, I am unable to cancel, refunds are allowed if sent back to me minus shipping costs.

E. Other Fees
- Taxes, duties, and customs are the consumer's responsibility to pay in order to receive their package if required.☆If the consumer refuses to pay or does not pay on time and the package is returned to me, a refund will occur minus the shipping fee☆
